Metal bow tips for traditional, durability or aesthetic reasons. The tips have a stamped hole. In case you prefer tips without mortise hole we supply these tips against extra charge. The aluminum tips are soft , very easy to work and polish. The seawater-resistant aluminum tarnishs only slightly. The density of the aluminum is very similar to that of ivory, so there is no problem with the balancing of the bow when changing the material.
