The finished bow frogs are completely polished. The mortise is milled. Buttons and wedges are included. The bow frog is manufactured at our workshop in Röttenbach, Germany. The bow frog has the following features: silver mountings, carefully selected and well-seasoned ebony, Mother of pearl inlays, Horse inlay, full-lined (two-part heel), silver underslide with pins, turned ferrule, solid button, stainless steel screw inch thread, brass eyelet.
Viola and cello frogs have a round back (heel-plate). The images show the violin model.
